After you join, a team member will contact you to schedule your first visit and explain how everything works so there are no surprises.
You will get access to an online portal where you can review upcoming visits, see invoices, update payment info, and manage your service on your own schedule.
Billing runs on the first of each month before service. You can store a card or bank account on file for automatic payment. A receipt and invoice are sent by email and stored in your portal. If payment is not received before the first visit of the month, your route spot will be paused.

What to expect on your service day
On cleanup day you can expect a friendly technician, a clear notification, and a yard that is ready for bare feet and zoomies again.
You will receive a text about 60 minutes before your technician arrives. You do not need to be home. Please make sure we can access the yard and that any aggressive dogs are safely inside.
Your technician follows a set route through the yard and passes each area several times. The goal is simple: leave no landmines behind.
When the cleanup is finished, your tech secures the gate, takes a photo for your records, and disinfects scooping tools with an organic kennel grade solution before heading to the next stop.
Based on local guidelines, waste is either double bagged into your outdoor trash can or loaded into the service vehicle for proper disposal. If no trash can is available, it is bagged and left at the agreed spot beside your home.
