What to expect

Helpful answers before you schedule service

We know you want a clean yard without a lot of extra hassle. These questions cover how our service works, what we do while on your property, and what you can expect from Pups Poop Patrol as a long term partner.

Yes. We clean any areas of your property where your dogs use the bathroom. That usually means the back yard, but we can also include side yards, front grass, dog runs, and landscape beds if those are regular potty spots.

If there are places you want us to avoid, just tell us when you sign up and we will note that on your account.

Yes. Pups Poop Patrol runs service year round across Central Florida. Rain happens, but we work through normal weather as long as it is safe for our team and your pets.

If we ever need to adjust a route for severe weather, we will reach out and reschedule so you do not lose a visit.

Safety is a big priority for us. Our techs are background checked, trained on gate and lock habits, and instructed to treat every yard like their own home.

We keep an eye on gates as we enter and leave, and we clean tools and footwear between yards to reduce the chance of germs moving from one property to another.

Pricing depends on a few simple details like how many dogs you have, the size of the yard, and how often you want us to visit. Once we know that, we give you a clear monthly price before you decide anything.

There are no surprise fees. If anything needs to change with your plan, we talk through it first so you always know what you are paying for.

No. We do not lock you into long term contracts. You can start, pause, or cancel service by reaching out to the office.

We aim to keep you because you like the service, not because you are locked into paperwork.

After we scoop, we double bag the waste and place it in the spot we have agreed on, usually your outdoor trash can.

If you prefer another spot for disposal, let us know when you sign up and we will follow that plan on each visit.

Most of the time, yes. Our techs enjoy working around friendly dogs and it is often the best part of the job.

If your dog is anxious or has shown signs of aggression, we ask that you keep them inside or in a separate area during service so everyone stays safe.

You do not need to be home. As long as we have access to the yard and any gates are unlocked for us, we can complete the visit and send you on with your day.

Many clients are at work when we arrive, and they simply come home to a clean yard.

You can tell us what days work best for your schedule and we will do our best to match that with our routes.

Not every day is available in every neighborhood, but in most areas we can offer a couple of options to keep things convenient.

We do not promise exact arrival times because we build routes around traffic and yard size. That keeps your cost reasonable and lets us serve each stop with care.

If there is a special access need, let us know and we will work with you so the yard is open for cleaning when we arrive.

Yes. Pups Poop Patrol carries proper licensing and insurance. That way you can feel comfortable having our team on your property on a regular schedule.
